A Message from Pastor Sjon
This Sunday, 31 May 2020 is Pentecost Sunday. I’m happy to announce we are reopening Living Faith this Sunday! Please take note that we will be practicing social distancing and will have some guidelines for you to follow. Service will start at 10:30, it will be condensed in order to protect you and all who will be there.
We have cleaned and sanitized our facility. The worship area has been completely disinfected and we can hardly wait to see you in person!
Signs are placed at the entrance of the church for you to use the sanitizing solution, the sanctuary is set up for social distancing, and if you as a family need additional chairs, they are located on the sides of the sanctuary.
If you want to wear a mask, that is absolutely alright, just remember we will be practicing social distancing (6ft apart). At this time, we are asking that CDC health guidelines be followed such as: no touching others, no handshaking, fist bumping, hugging, etc. Observe all signage that provides instructions for safety for yourself and others. Please stay at home if you have been sick, or have been around someone who has been sick, until it determined that all is well.
We will have complimentary bottles of water, juice, and milk that will only be touched by our volunteers who will be serving you (they will be wearing protective hand coverings).
NOW, THE BIG NEWS!!!!!
On Sunday, June 7th, 10:00am, we are planning a Welcome Back service. We are so grateful and thankful that we can worship together again. God has kept His promise to protect us and bring us together again. However, things will not be the same as they used to be. Covid19 has changed life as we know it. Even though we’ll be worshipping together again, services will ever be evolving. Remember, our mission at Living Faith is to Pray/Serve/Connect. We are not confined or defined as to how we worship in our facility, but our actions as we live out our faith for others to witness.
Please consider next Sunday, our Welcome Back service, as a First Fruit service. That means, since we have so much to be grateful and thankful for, as an act of worship to the Lord for His faithfulness to all of us during this unprecedented time in history, bring an offering (over and above our tithes) as a gift to the Lord.
As we ease back into being together again, know that God loves you, our church loves you too. We look forward to seeing you this Sunday if you can make it, and definitely for our Welcome Back Service on the 7th of June @ 10:00am.
